Ben and his man Russell are absolute class. They are ‘can do’ with brains, able to work in an old property with all the access challenges involved. They electrified my new kitchen installation in a 18th century hamstone cottage after a huge fuss and bother with absolutely substandard kitchen installers who left the job half done with no electrics and me in a state of nervous breakdown. They made a number of very clever suggestions about switch placement and other things that I totally embraced. They also have excellent relations with a network of other local tradesmen. It’s been massively useful.
They were reliable punctual and tidy, as well
as being delightfully easy to get along with and amusing to chat to. And they take their responsibility towards the client seriously. I’d use them again any day!
