Yeovil Electrics Standard Terms and Conditions

Effective as of 28th of July 2022

Thank you for considering to use Yeovil Electrics for your electrical work. We hope to provide you with a good experience throughout your project.

Payment

Unless prior agreement payment is required in full on the same or following day of the date of invoice. Bank transfer is preferred, however payment by cheque or cash is also accepted. Late payment charges of £50 or 10% (whichever is greater) will accumulate every 30 days if full payment is not made within 14 days from the date of invoice.

Warranty

All work undertaken is provided with a 12 month guarantee or extended guarantee as stated by the manufacture (whichever is greater) from the date of invoice. All notifiable work will require an additional admin fee as stated on the quotation. This work will include an insurance backed guarantee for a period of 6 years. Meaning in the unfortunate even that Yeovil Electrics are no longer trading, you work will still be repaired, free of charge by a NAPIT registered contractor.

Additional charges

Any extra charges will always try to be avoided where possible. However, when this is not always possible a detail explanation and estimate will be provided prior to any additional work being carried out.

Emergency work, fault finding and call outs

Sometimes it’s not always possible to provide a written quotation. In which case an hourly rate will be agreed prior to any work being undertaken, either verbally or in writing.

We hope these terms and conditions have been of use to you and look forward to working for you. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to get in touch
